Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® Invites Anglers to Compete for Prizes
Nags Head, NC – The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR) is thrilled to announce the 28th Annual Charity Surf Fishing Tournament, set to take place on Friday, October 3rd, from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm in Nags Head. Tournament committee Chair Tammy Aycock invites anglers of all skill levels to participate in this exciting event, which combines the thrill of fishing with the opportunity to give back to the community.

- Early Fish Discount $250 per team - deadline September 19th
- Regular registration $350 per team - deadline September 26th

After-Tournament Reception:
- An after-tournament reception with lunch will be held to celebrate the day’s achievements and connect with fellow fishing enthusiasts. Location TBD.
The Surf Fishing Tournament is part of “Surf, Turf, and Roll,” a series of three OBAR charitable events held annually, which also includes a Bowling Tournament and a Golf Tournament. All proceeds from these events benefit the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® Scholarship and Disaster Relief funds, held in partnership with the Outer Banks Community Foundation. The Association annually awards $12,000 in scholarships to area seniors and has provided thousands of dollars to assist Outer Banks residents in times of need.
