The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR) has two charitable funds available through the Outer Banks Community Foundation (OBCF). The first is the "Outer Banks Association of Realtors Scholarship Fund". The fund, created in 1996, is available to graduating students in Dare, Currituck, and Hyde Counties. "The Outer Banks Realtors Disaster Relief" is OBAR's second fund. This fund is available to any resident of the Outer Banks who is the victim of a natural disaster such as flooding, fire, hurricane damage, and more. Donations can be made through https://obcf.org, OR you can click on the "Donate to OBCF" button. You will have to search for each fund accordingly.
