The countdown is on! If you haven't already earned your NCREC Continuing Education credits, the June 10th deadline is fast approaching. But you are in luck - educator extraordinaire Cindy Chandler is on OBAR's calendar for a GENUP and an ELECTIVE course, April 29th and 30th.
The Elective, "16 Mistakes Brokers Make", will be held via ZOOM on Monday, April 29th from 1 P to 5 P. This course satisfies not only the NCREC credit requirement but also NAR's Code of Ethics course requirement The three-year cycle to complete Code of Ethics ends this year. The GENUP will be held via ZOOM on Tuesday, April 30th from 9A to 1P.
Cindy Chandler is a dynamic educator with over 40 years of real estate experience. She has been honored as the national Real Estate Educators Association's "Educator of the Year" and most recently as the recipient of NAR's Distinguished Service Award. She is a past member and Chair of the NC Real Estate Commission. Her accolades are too extensive to mention - all we can tell you is that you don't want to miss taking a class with her!
