Property Management Director Carrie Bateman wants you to mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 12th at 9 am for an informative Property Management Hot Topics meeting - "Guns & not Roses .....RATS!" The meeting will be held in the upstairs training room at the OBAR office.
Tess Judge with the Dare County Gun Safety Program, sponsored by the Dare LWV, will be sharing vacation rental gun safety promotional materials. If a visitor chooses to bring a firearm with them, OBAR is partnering with the "no gun left behind" effort to ensure they take them with them when they leave.
Also in attendance will be Bruce Love with Pro 1 Pest Control. He will be updating members on some recent issues regarding bugs, bird mites and .......RATS! Welcome to the Jungle ...this is definitely something we need to be aware of.
There will be morning snacks available and plenty of coffee - but bets are you're going to be wide awake for this one. It will be an eye-opening session.
