OBAR's REALTOR® Celebration by the Sea was held Friday at Jennette's Pier and the 2024 Board of Directors was installed. 2024 President Richard Tolson was installed by his longtime mentor, and former REALTOR®, John Stubbings, while Past President Jimmy Anderson served as the installing officer for the rest of the Leadership Team.
Richard said, "I am deeply honored and grateful for the privilege of serving as the 2024 President of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®. Our leadership team is a dynamic mix of new and returning, dedicated individuals, and I am excited to be part of this team."
