NCR is offering a virtual "Financing Dreams" course on December 6th from 9:00A-1:00P. This course provides in-depth coverage of programs offered by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) and their partners to assist REALTORS® and their clients. REALTORS® will learn about property and buyer eligibility, qualifying incomes and home prices and how to use these lending opportunities to make home buying a reality for their clients. Additionally, you will gain an understanding of how and when each specific program can be used to offer their buyer the greatest benefit.
The class will provide 4 hours of elective CE credit, and counts towards your WHS Certification!
