For this month’s report, the MLS has gathered some Realtor.com statistics and compared them to what we are seeing in our MLS. The statistics compare 2022 with 2023. What we are seeing locally is very comparable to what is going on nationally.
In addition to the report, here are a few other things you should know:
- All inventory median sales price was up to $589,000, which was a $125,000 increase compared to July of this year.
- Multi-million dollar homes are still selling
- 1607 properties have sold year to date, 598 were cash
- The most expensive home of the year was sold in Kill Devil Hills in August at a little over $7,000,000
