The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) has officially given notice of proposed changes to the Residential Property and Owner's Association Disclosure Statement ("Disclosure Statement"). The substantive changes proposed include additional disclosures related to flood status, elevator systems, historical designations or registrations, and private well tests.
