Multiple IDX/VOW vendors are making are implementing cost increases on services starting January 1st, 2023. To accommodate the increase the following MLS fees will change for agents effective January 1, 2023:
- IDX Fees: $100 per year
- VOW Fees: $600 per year.
- Third Party Access: $1000 per year
