At the recommendation of the OBAR's Diversity, Equity, and inclusion taskforce, OBAR's DEI is in the process of developing policy language a Diversity Committee? The Diversity Committee's purpose is:
"To promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the staff, membership and leadership of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® and to provide guidance, input and support to diversity initiatives that will create cultural shifts as supported in the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® Strategic Plan."
