The Board of Directors approved revision 61 to the MLS Rules and Regulations. The rules used to say that sold listings had to entered into the MLS within one week of the HUD settlement date. The rule now states that sold listings must be entered into the MLS within 72 hours.
In addition, based on feedback from a recent survey, you are now allowed to upload up to 50 photos to your listings.
