SentriLock is taking an extra step to ensure your safety. As of Wednesday, September 1, you must answer a security question when you access the SentriKey website or mobile app in addition to your pin. You will select from 10 predetermined questions and enter your personalized answers. Once those answers are saved, a cell phone verification prompt will be activated.
