2021 OBAR President David Pergerson
A celebration of life will be held at 11am, TOMORROW, August 31, 2021 at The Watersedge Community Marina for OBAR President David Pergerson. The Marina is located off of Colington Road on Watersedge Drive. A Dare County Sheriff's deputy will be directing traffic and parking. Please consider carpooling. Face masks are requested. The service will be live streamed at https://baldwinvideo.com/celebration-of-life-for-william-david-pergerson/ The family encourages everyone attending the service to please feel free to dress comfortably as very warm weather is anticipated. Shorts and flip flops are fine, as David would have wanted it.
