ShowingTime Buffer
By default, ShowingTime adds a buffer after a showing so the property can be cleaned and sanitized as a COVID safety precaution. LISTING agents may override this buffer by going to ShowingTime / Listing Setup / Appointment Restrictions / Allow Scheduling Overlaps
