With the help of the Brunswick County, Neuse River Region and Greensboro Associations of REALTORS®, OBAR is bringing you the opportunity to take Mediation Training for FREE as a member benefit!
When a member of the public has a complaint, Ombudsmen are the first contact. Often they just need a sounding board! This course will guide you through the best methods of investigating complaints and resolutions before they become formal. Training by Stephanie Walker. OBAR is covering expenses so that this training is FREE to members!
