Good afternoon!
Spring is almost here, and with that comes the arrival of many informative events at OBAR. We will have Property Management Hot Topic that will be mid-month featuring information on the Service Animal Addendum, as well as Stress Management as we begin our upcoming visitor’s season. There is a General Membership Meeting on the 25th that will feature a Property Management panel, beneficial to REALTORS® in both sales and property management, as a kickoff to April’s Property Management Month. We have a New Member Orientation on March 30th. Amidst all this, MLS Training continues weekly with subjects ranging from the New Member Orientation required training, to Paragon 101, Courthouse Retrieval Systems, and more. Finally, our 2021 Community Partner Program is in full swing. As a member of OBAR you will get a referral fee if you refer a new company that becomes a Community Partner.
I am also pleased to announce that OBAR is revamping the new member process by converting to an online submission platform through the association’s website, streamlining the process and saving you time in bringing on new REALTORS®. Currently being beta tested by a small group of members, a comprehensive training session will be available once the conversion is complete.
