April CE from OBAR Highlights Property Management
For Sales Agents Too!
Registration is now open for OBAR’s Continuing Education (CE) courses with instructor Mark Saunders on April 6-8. This includes a BICUP, a GENUP, and an Elective course that will be taught virtually through the Zoom platform. All three courses will highlight property management as part of OBAR’s Property Management Month. The Property Management Version of the BICUP and GENUP will be taught, and this version still counts for Update credit for all licensees just the same as the standard version. The property management themed Elective course is titled, “10 Important Dance Moves for Property Managers”, and is not just for property managers, but all licensees who would like to learn more about property management.
All courses will be held from 9:00A-1:00P via Zoom. You will receive your student manual in PDF format as well as your Zoom invitation link in an email on the afternoon before the class.
