2007 Legislative Policy Statement
In September 2007, the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® adopted Legislative Policies for the purpose of fostering a proactive relationship with local and state legislative leaders, and to be the leading advocate of the real estate industry, private property rights and the issues that most affect the member's ability to serve the public with competency, integrity and professionalism.
Five key issues affecting the Outer Banks communities has been developed. Please take a few minutes to review the OBAR Legislative Policy Statements and learn of these five integral issues we have taken positions on.
